Spring into Wellness with Our Essential Oils and Wellbeing Workshop

This workshop is designed to help attendees capture the energy of the new season with a day of creativity, connection, and calm in the beautiful Surrey Hills. Set within the Duke of Northumberland’s private estate in Albury, the venue is peaceful, picturesque and totally off-grid. Perfect for unwinding.

Participants will create their own bath salts and a seasonal essential oil rollerball blend to take home. Using the top ten essential oils, participants will also learn simple, natural ways to support their own health and well-being, as well as that of their families.

The day will include soothing herbal tea and conclude with a guided healing meditation to help attendees reset before heading home.

It's a beautiful way to pause, breathe, and restore energy.

Helen Wray

Helen Wray

After facing a DCIS (ductal carcinoma in situ) investigation in 2017, which thankfully turned out to be non-cancerous, Helen Wray began to question what toxins were entering her system and how they might be affecting her health. This reflection marked the beginning of her journey toward a more natural, toxin-free lifestyle.

Her discovery of ENJO, an innovative cleaning system that uses only water and patented fibres, was the first step in reducing her reliance on chemicals at home. As a Home Health Advisor for ENJO, Helen began helping others to simplify their cleaning routines while protecting their health and the planet. Her curiosity and passion for natural living soon led her to doTERRA essential oils, which opened a new world of holistic wellbeing. Through these products, she found support for both physical and emotional wellness, inspiring her to share these benefits with others.

Helen founded The Wray Wellness Collective — a growing community and collaboration of ethical businesses united by a shared mission to empower individuals to live cleaner, more sustainable, and more intentional lives. The Collective represents both Helen’s partnerships with trusted natural brands and her commitment to working alongside others who share her values of wellness, education, and community.

Through workshops, events, and personal guidance, Helen helps people reduce their toxic load, embrace sustainable solutions, and nurture balance in their daily lives. Whether it’s learning how to create a chemical-free home, exploring the benefits of essential oils, or joining a collaborative wellbeing event, Helen and The Wray Wellness Collective provide inspiration and practical tools to help you thrive — naturally.
