It’s a warm, uplifting morning to renew your spirit and reconnect with all that nature has to offer.
Guided Sensory Forest Walk:
Let Janice Butler of Kokoro Grove guide you on this mindful stroll amongst the trees.
Immerse yourself in the quiet energy of Spring unfurling. We’ll pause to soak up the
scenery and focus on our senses, allowing your mind to quiet and your senses to
reawaken. This Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing) style of experience invites you to relax
deeply, feel a connection to the season’s rhythms, and find clarity in nature's
embrace and savour time to just be.
This peaceful pause provides time for reflection and renewal, and for the serenity of
the woods to truly sink in.
We then make our way to the comforting home of Helen, who will provide warm
drinks and cake before we begin our oil blending session.
Essential Oil Blending Session: In the latter part of the morning, tap into your creativity with a hands-on aromatherapy activity. You’ll be guided in blending pure essential oils to create your own personal rollerball perfume – a scent that resonates with you. Try different natural aromas (like calming lavender, refreshing citrus, or woodsy pine) and learn how they can support wellbeing. In the end, you’ll bottle your custom blend to take home as a little piece of the forest’s tranquility, ready to roll on whenever you need a soothing reminder of this day.
Date & Time: Friday, 24th April, 09:30 am – 13:00 pm (please arrive a few minutes early).
Location: Dawnay Road Woodlands, Camberley, Surrey. Detailed directions and the meeting point will be provided upon booking.
Tickets: £35 per person. Spaces are limited (small group event), so please book in advance. Ticket includes the guided walk, all materials, and refreshments (tea & cake).
What to Bring: Wear comfortable outdoor clothing – think layers and a waterproof jacket in case of light rain – and sturdy walking shoes or boots. You may wish to bring a water bottle. We’ll provide everything else including herbal tea, cake, and all essential oil blending supplies.
Slow, sensory forest bathing lowers stress, invites deep breaths, and gently calms the nervous system, leaving you grounded, clear-minded, and recharged for the week ahead.
Blend pure essential oils into a take-home rollerball, crafted to your preferences, so you can anchor focus, soothe emotions, and spark instant calm anytime.
Enjoy mindful time in nature with warm herbal tea and homemade cake, gentle guidance, and small-group camaraderie—leaving you refreshed, inspired, and connected to the season.
